The Chicken or The Egg?

By Jim Pappas - Posted on 16 January 2012

What comes first when it’s time to ramp-up productivity... The Chicken or The Egg?

The Chicken of course. The Egg is simply one new sale.... one win... one solution... while The Chicken produces many wins, on-going solutions and consistent positive outcomes. That, my Cloud Building friends, is exactly what you can expect from a well planned, designed and implemented cloud app software strategy. With that in mind, just about every firm should really be asking themselves just one simple question...

“Where do I get me one of them there Chickens!?!”

When it comes to searching for the right Cloud apps the perfect starting point is a tour of what’s available. Google search is an option if you have the time and you can effectively gain some perspective by working with many demos and creating a basis for comparison that’s applicable to your specific firm. I tend to see people get way too excited about features and benefits without targeting what’s really important about your work flow. I also see people throwing money away that would be better spent on new marketing initiatives and funding retirement accounts... hey, there’s some terrific values in the cloud why pay for that high dollar, over-engineered, chubby and slow Chicken?

The Business Process & Cloud Solution Review Consultation is the perfect starting point for a Cloud Builder. We keep it simple, we don't charge an arm and a leg... and you get the benefit of exploring your options and thinking it through before you select the wrong cloud apps and then waste time, money and energy trying to put a round peg in a square hole!

In the end,
success will be determined by the number of eggs in your basket. So get busy... put the right cloud apps in the mix and give your firm the tools you need to consistently generate leads, sell more, service better and manage your business with a performance generating tracking system that works!
