The green entrepreneur was given an opportunity to meet with the Business System Master.
The young man asked,
“What is the secret of your success?”
She said, “Two words, young man.”
“And, what are they?”
“Right Decisions.”
“But how do you make the Right Decisions?”
“One word,” she responded.”
“And, what is that?”
“Experience.”
“And how do you get Experience?”
“Two words.”
“And, what are they?”
The Business System Master replied with a wry smile, “Wrong Decisions.”
Create a Correcton System and take advantage of your mistakes. Without a Correction System, mistakes pile up and drown out best efforts. Effective systems focus on the creation of processes that can fail forward successfully.
