 The Primary Aim for our firm is To Be A Success Builder. That’s exactly what our ball looks like. Each and every new plan, process and system is designed and inspired by our quest to create successful systems for our clients. For a long time I defined and re-defined My Primary Aim. Each new version was an eloquent revision; but, in the end, they were meaningless to me. At the beginning of getting it right, I tossed everything into Life’s Recycle Bin and focused on Finding It. Finding My Primary Aim became my Primary Aim. I didn’t freak out… I just slowed down, calmed down and one day… To Be A Success Builder just seemed like what I was doing and what I needed to do. It’s not a long, verbose string of business school mumbo-jumbo… it's just what we do for others and it has meaning to me.
