Santa's Cloud System

Dear Cloud Builder,

Time again for an update on the evolution of the North Pole Business System. Per last year’s post, Santa’s Update, the decision to focus on our core strengths of Caring & Magic, seems to have gotten us back on track.  As you know, last year was a record year for gift delivery and a very special year for all the good girls and boys. Per your consistent gift request in your annual Letter to Santa, I was not surprised to hear that, again, you found nothing but a cold, lifeless, chunk of dusty old coal in your stocking. Never-the-less, I wanted you to know how thrilled we are with our new Cloud Business System!

Cloud Building was the perfect North Pole solution! After the pain and agony of implementing our last system... expensive new hardware, expensive new software and expensive set-up and installation... we were thrilled to see how easy it was to set-up our new custom Cloud Business System. After reviewing our work flow and gaining a real understanding of what really happens here at the North Pole, it seemed like Magic the way you were able to help us plan, design and implement a turn-key, affordable, solution set that addressed our unique needs. Now everyone is active with our system and thinking of exciting new ways to make things happen. Mrs. Claus is particularly fond of the shared white board Project Management tool she uses to collaborate with our management team. I love the way I can keep track of production and forecast the coming months. No more needless dashing through the snow to get work done... gosh, most of the elves now work from home and simply login from anywhere at anytime to our Email, Shared Calendars and The North Pole CRM System.

Thanks, and keep up the good work...maybe this will be a special year for your Holiday stocking... on second thought, your request for 15,000 new Ipads seems a little over the top.  Maybe next year!
